- 8+ years in maintenance management within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
- Proven leadership of maintenance teams and strong safety focus.
- Strong knowledge of heavy mining equipment and CMMS.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all mining equipment.
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and mechanics.
- Oversee the maintenance budget and optimize resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
