Job summary

The role focuses on the stability, security and performance of the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, data centre operations, backups and security environments.

You will provide 3rd-line technical support and resolve complex infrastructure issues while collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working on Windows Server
• MS 365 is a must
• 5+ years hands on networking experience in an enterprise environment
