Job summary

Communicate Recruitment seeks a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional toOwn day-to-day health of a Dynamics 365 F&O environment within a large enterprise, ensuring smooth operation and performance. You will diagnose issues, implement long-term fixes, and drive process improvements across integrations and security.

With 7+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O and strong PowerShell/Python automation skills, you will collaborate with IT and business units, support upgrades, testing, and production

Qualifications

• 7+ years' hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, security, system administration, integrations, batch processing, data entities, and environment management.
• 5+ years' experience working with SQL databases, data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Proven experience developing automation and support solutions using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting tools.
• Extensive experience supporting ERP integrations, resolving technical incidents, and managing business-critical system interfaces.
• Strong understanding of role-based security, user provisioning, access controls, and audit/compliance requirements.
• Demonstrable experience managing releases, upgrades, testing cycles, change control, and production deployments.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse operational data, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights.
• Solid background in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement within enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Owning the day-to-day health of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and making sure everything runs like a perfectly scheduled Power Automate flow.
• Investigating and resolving technical issues that make users say: "It was working yesterday..."
• Diagnosing root causes, implementing long-term fixes, and eliminating recurring headaches
• Monitoring integrations, batch processes, environments, permissions, security settings, and system performance
• Working alongside internal teams and technology partners to improve processes and unlock new capabilities
• Supporting upgrades, releases, testing activities, and system enhancements without causing mass panic
• Managing system access and security to ensure the right people have access to the right things and definitely not all the things
• Creating clear technical documentation that future-you will actually thank you for
• Using support trends, system data, and performance insights to recommend smarter ways of working
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor for stakeholders who know what they want... but aren't entirely sure how to ask for it
