Collinson Group seeks a D365 F&O Support Analyst for a 6-month contract to manage delivery of the MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployment across Peru and Brazil, supporting project teams and end users in Finance. You will ensure data migration, testing, and go-live readiness with remote support.

Required are strong Finance process knowledge, SIT/UAT experience, and fluency in Spanish/Portuguese; multinational collaboration is essential.

• Manage project deliverables with quality and on-time completion, flag risks.
• Review vendor configuration, perform quality reviews, compare configuration to system setup.
• Contribute to SIT and UAT and support defects as required.
• Support data cleansing and migration activities with Finance teams.
• Assist in data migration reconciliation and cutover planning for go-live.
• Provide remote go-live support and daily issue updates to Project Manager.
• Support Spanish and Portuguese users with clear communication.

The D365 F&O Support Analyst will manage assigned project deliverables as part of the MS Dynamics 365 (F&O) deployment in Peru and Brazil to both the project team as well as the end users in Finance

Primary objective is to support the MS Dynamics 365 application is deployed across Peru and Brazil for the Collinson Organization in an effective and efficient manner, and project deliverables assigned are completed with quality and per the project timeline

Please note this is a 6 month contract

What you will do

• Manage assigned project deliverables, ensuring quality and on time completion and highlight any key issues / risks.
• Participate in documentation review and provide input as required, this relates to both process and system documents
• Review the configuration by the vendor, perform Quality reviews and highlight any differences between the configuration document vs the system set up.
• Part of the team for Systems Integration Testing (SIT) as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting defects as required.
• Data Cleansing – support the team in reviewing the existing data and address any missing data required for MS Dynamics, working with Finance teams.
• Support in all aspects of reconciliation as part of data migration from the legacy applications to MS Dynamics
• Support in Data Migration dress rehearsals as well as being part of the cutover for the Go Live as well
• Provide support (remotely) as part of the project go live and ensure daily updates on issues are documented and provided to the Project Manager
• Support the Spanish and Portuguese users through clear and accurate communication.

What you will bring

Essential experience and skills

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes, data migration activities, testing methodologies, and ERP system implementations.
• Experience participating in Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management processes.
• Ability to review business requirements, process documentation, and system configurations to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across project teams and Finance departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work within project timelines.
• Previous experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O deployments in a multinational environment.
• Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience working with data migration tools, reconciliation activities, and ERP cutover planning.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience working with implementation partners and global project teams.
• Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
