Job summary

Collinson (Singapore) seeks a D365 F&O Technical Analyst to manage technical work packages as part of a multinational Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployment for Peru and Brazil. You will coordinate technical requirements, interface specs, data migration, testing and go-live activities to ensure high quality delivers on time.

The role emphasizes integration reviews, data reconciliation, and collaboration with implementation partners and global project teams to ensure a smooth cutover

Qualifications

• Experience on multinational Dynamics 365 F&O deployments.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and controls.
• Experience with integrations, middleware technologies, APIs, and data management tools.
• Exposure to ERP cutover planning, release management, and Hypercare.
• Experience with implementation partners and global project teams.
• Qualification in IT/IS/CS/Finance or related field.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned technical work packages, plans, dependencies, risks and issues, ensuring delivery to scope and timelines.
• Analyse technical requirements, solution options, interface specs and acceptance criteria.
• Review vendor configuration and custom developments for alignment with requirements and standards.
• Review integrations and data solutions, ensure testing and report defects to vendor.
• Prepare technical scenarios for SIT/ UAT and manage defects.
• Support data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, migration and reconciliation with Finance teams.
• Validate migrated data and reconcile counts between legacy apps and D365 F&O.
• Support cutover rehearsals, production deployment and Hypercare Go-Live.

The Opportunity

The D365 F&O Technical Analyst will manage assigned project deliverables as part of the MS Dynamics implementation for Peru and Brazil.

The primary objective is to support the controlled and effective deployment of D365 F&O across Peru and Brazil by ensuring that project deliverables relating to technical requirements, solution designs, integrations, data migration, environments, testing and deployment activities are completed to the required quality and within the agreed project timeline.

What you will do

• Own assigned technical work packages, plans, dependencies, risks and issues, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, quality and timelines.
• Analyse the technical requirements, solution options, interface specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Review the vendor configuration and any custom developments for alignment with approved requirements and D365 F&O standards.
• Review integrations and data solutions, ensuring they are fully tested and feedback any technical defects to the vendor
• Contribute to System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing by preparing technical scenarios, managing defects
• Support data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, migration and reconciliation with Finance and implementation teams.
• Validate migrated data and reconcile record counts, balances and control totals between legacy applications and D365 F&O.
• Support cutover rehearsals, production deployment, and Hypercare as part of the Go-Live

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous.
