Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in operations coordination, service delivery, utility/metering operations, or technical support.
• Proven experience coordinating field activities and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft software including dashboards and structured logs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Meter Connect team and manage operational priorities.
• Ensure continuity of critical data through effective scheduling.
• Maintain complete intervention records and accurate meter readability status.
