Job summary

A technology solutions company located in Pretoria is looking for a detail-oriented IT professional to manage critical systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring NES & PnP SCADA data systems, server performance evaluations, and general IT support. Must possess SQL database knowledge and a problem-solving mindset. This role offers a collaborative environment and exposure to diverse utility management systems.

• Monitor and manage NES & PnP SCADA data systems.
• Server performance monitoring and upgrade evaluations.
• RACI framework maintenance and updates.
• Provision and configure meters, modems, genmons, and DC equipment.
• Azure/Entra ID user and computer management.
• Website management (Squarespace platform).
• LinkedIn and social media platform oversight.
• Generate reports: UMFA, Diesel, Billing.
• Daily data integrity checks and validation.
• General IT support for office staff.
