Whistle is seeking a results-driven Meta Media Buyer to lead the development, execution, and optimization of client campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience setting up, managing, and scaling ad spend on Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong background running lead generation campaigns for US-based service businesses.
• Proficiency in designing and editing ad creative using Canva and CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and scale lead generation campaigns within Meta Ads Manager to meet client CPA and CPL targets.
• Continuously optimize ad sets, budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives based on performance data.
• Perform A/B tests on hooks, formats, visuals, and CTAs to reduce acquisition costs.
• Monitor and report on CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other key KPIs to provide actionable insights.
