Job summary

OutsideCapital is seeking an energetic sales hunter to own and grow a field-based territory in KwaZulu-Natal, Durban. You will introduce card acquiring and merchant payment solutions to retail, hospitality, fuel, and commercial enterprises, acting as a trusted advisor to optimize operations and cross-sell cash management and lending services.

This role offers substantial autonomy, a performance-driven environment, and recognition within a fast-scaling fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years external B2B field sales or business development with consistent over-achievement.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new merchant acquisition across assigned sectors.
• Manage full sales cycle from cold calls to contract signing and activation.
• Foster merchant relationships to grow ARPU and cross-sell solutions.
• Plan territory visits and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth pockets.
