Job summary

Managed People Solutions Pty in Welkom/Bethlehem, Freestate, seeks a Merchandising Team Leader to drive in-store execution and team leadership. You will lead merchandisers, ensuring standardised displays and strong brand visibility across assigned regions.

Diploma or degree in Business Management or Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Be polite with customers and escalate to management when needed to resolve issues.
Actively build relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
Greet and acknowledge store managers and shoppers to enhance the customer experience.
Submit all required reports within deadlines.
Manage company assets (vehicle, laptop, handheld devices) per SOP.
Record metrics and monitor stock and promotions as per SOP and cycle brief.
Draw stock requirements and execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
Provide knowledge updates on products and promotions to the team.
