Job summary

The Building Company in Fish Hoek is seeking a stock-focused team member to ensure that all stock is neatly located, binned and displayed, and that racks and display systems remain clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, stock checks, and achieving sales and gross profit targets while following up on quotes and handling administration. Prior merchandising experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years experience in a similar position preferred.
• 1 year shelf packing/merchandising experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of general building material environment is essential.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver good customer service.
