Job summary

The Building Company in Ermelo is seeking a dedicated stock and merchandising specialist to ensure stock is correctly located, displayed and maintained. You will handle customer interactions, support sales targets and contribute to stock control and promotions.

Requirements include Grade 12 and 1–2 years in a similar role, with knowledge of building materials and strong merchandising skills. This is a permanent, on-site position in the BUCO department.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• 1 year shelf packing/merchandising experience.
• Knowledge of the general building material environment is essential.
• Proven success in personal selling and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to manage and coordinate regular stock takes.
• Interact with customers.
