Job summary

The Building Company in Brackenfell is seeking a Stock & Merchandising Assistant to ensure stock is correctly located, binned and displayed, and that racks and display systems are clean and well-maintained.

You will manage customer interactions, support merchandising standards, handle stock taking, and assist in promotions while upholding company values. Grade 12 with 1–2 years of shelf packing/merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 1–2 years' experience in a similar position.
• 1 year's shelf packing/merchandising experience.
• Knowledge of general building material environment is essential.
• Proven success in personal selling and customer service.
