Job summary

Stefanutti Stocks in the Western Cape region is seeking a motivated MEP Manager to coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities on construction projects, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within programme and budget.

You will work with project teams, sub-contractors, consultants and clients to plan, procure, install and commission MEP systems to meet project specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services engineering.
• 8 years in construction with MEP exposure.
• Experience in contract management, planning and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP construction activities on site.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes and procurement schedules.
• Ensure quality, safety and project documentation compliance.
• Engage with clients, consultants and subcontractors in meetings.
• Support supervision of site staff and subcontractors.
