Job summary

Discovery Vitality RSA is seeking a Retentions Consultant to proactively engage members at risk of cancelation, understand concerns, and offer solutions to retain loyalty. You will operate within the Vitality RSA unit of Discovery, focusing on preserving business value and delivering exceptional service to members.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, determine member needs, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues, aiming to protect revenue and satisfaction across the Vitality

Qualifications

• Matric and 6–12 months call centre experience.
• At least 6 months sales or collections experience.
• Relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound / outbound telephonic conservation to existing Discovery Vitality clients with cancellation requests, aiming to retain them.
• Ensure all conservation targets are met.
• Proactively determine client needs and resell products where appropriate.
• Provide dazzling service to internal and external clients during interactions.
• Address and resolve client concerns with relevant teams.
