Our client is seeking a Medical Spa Appointment Scheduling Specialist to handle inbound calls, manage provider schedules, confirm appointments, and follow up with leads to support client engagement and clinic growth. This full-time remote position focuses on delivering a seamless client experience.

Schedule

• Monday - Wednesday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Thursday 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Manage and maintain provider schedules to ensure optimal booking efficiency
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and re-engage leads

Requirements
