Job summary

Enovis in South Africa seeks an early‑level training leader to shape technical training for our medical technologies. You will coordinate the development, implementation and delivery of training programs tied to product releases.

You’ll work with product development teams to update courseware, ensure accuracy, and deliver practical guidance to internal staff and customers. This role combines people management with project delivery responsibilities and requires a proactive, detail‑oriented

Responsibilities

• Manages the development, implementation and/or delivery of technical training as it relates to the organization's products.
• Works with product development teams to update training materials and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting materials to align with new product releases.
• May provide technical product training to both internal staff (e.g., customer services, engineers, sales staff) and customers.
• First level of managerial position.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Works on issues of a diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors.
