Boardroom Appointments in Pretoria seeks a sales and customer service professional to generate leads, manage key customer relationships and grow revenue within a digital environment.

The role requires Matric and a relevant diploma or certificate, about 5 years in the field, experience with CRM systems and Windows/iOS IT platforms, and knowledge of medical devices is a plus.

Two days work-from-home is allowed in line with Company Policy, applicable after successful probation.

Qualificações

• Matric is required.
• Desirable diploma/certificate in Sales or Customer Service.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related role.
• Experience in customer service and firmware/software support.
• Ability to cold call and compile proposals.
• Experience working in a digital environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with Windows and IOS IT systems.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Knowledge of medical devices or audiology is desirable.
