Job summary

Fouche & Co Recruitment is seeking a driven Medical Billing Bureau Sales Representative in KwaZulu-Natal to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to handover for implementation. You will target new specialist medical practices, develop strategic plans, and close new business opportunities.

The role requires 2–3 years of external sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare services, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven experience in business development or external sales.
• Experience selling services into healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new specialist medical practices needing medical billing bureau services through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry research.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual presentations, prepare tailored proposals and quotations, and close new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions while collaborating with internal operational teams for referrals.
• Coordinate handover of newly signed practices to the implementation team for seamless client transition.
• Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, track pipeline metrics, and maintain records of client interactions.

Remuneration
