Ultra Billing is seeking a motivated Medical Billing Bureau Sales Representative to grow a specialist client base across South Africa. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to presenting solutions and closing deals—targeting medical practices and practice managers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with responsibilities spanning onboarding handovers, collaboration with operations, and consistent reporting

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' proven experience in business development or external sales.
• Experience selling services into the healthcare or medical industry will be highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new specialist medical practices requiring billing bureau services.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry research.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual presentations with prospective clients.
• Prepare tailored proposals and quotations and negotiate terms.
• Close new business opportunities and hand over to implementation.
