Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in medical/surgical devices, specifically in-theatre sales.
- Experience with Theatre and Surgical Sutures is highly advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and reliable own transport.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Eastern Cape region.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, doctors, and specialists.
- Visit healthcare facilities regularly to assess client needs and present tailored product solutions.
- Drive sales revenue and consistently achieve or exceed territory targets.
- Provide in-theatre support, demonstrations, and product training where required.
- Ensure exceptional after-sales service by responding promptly to client queries and concerns.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and territory reports.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
