Minimum Qualification Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in medical/surgical devices, specifically in-theatre sales.
  • Experience with Theatre and Surgical Sutures is highly advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable own transport.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Eastern Cape region.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, doctors, and specialists.
  • Visit healthcare facilities regularly to assess client needs and present tailored product solutions.
  • Drive sales revenue and consistently achieve or exceed territory targets.
  • Provide in-theatre support, demonstrations, and product training where required.
  • Ensure exceptional after-sales service by responding promptly to client queries and concerns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and territory reports.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
