Placements24 is seeking an organized Public Relations Coordinator to support the Kimberley-based communications team. You will help implement PR plans, handle media inquiries, draft materials, and coordinate events, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of PR or communications support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing PR plans and campaigns.
• Support media outreach and respond to routine media inquiries.
• Draft and edit press releases, invites, and other materials.
• Help organize and coordinate PR events, press conferences, and media briefings.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities.
• Maintain databases of media contacts and stakeholder information.
