Job summary

The Client, a Christian ministry with international reach, seeks a highly organized Media Project Manager to bring structure to its creative Media Team. You will coordinate videos, podcasts, social content, livestreams and other media, driving projects from concept to publishing with strong emphasis on storytelling and high-quality production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of project management/production management experience.
• Experience using project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, Notion or similar).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Zoom/Teams.
• Experience with file sharing platforms (Box/Drive).

Responsibilities

• Manage video, podcast, social media, livestream and other media projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and maintain a project management system to track projects, owners, priorities and deadlines.
• Build and manage production workflows for video, social media and recurring content.
• Create project timelines, production schedules and milestones.
• Maintain the team’s content and production calendar.
• Coordinate projects across producers, videographers, editors, designers and social media staff.
• Track projects through pre-production, production, editing, revisions, approvals and publishing.
• Coordinate assets including social clips, graphics and captions.
• Identify bottlenecks and delays and proactively resolve them.
• Lead project status meetings and provide visibility into priorities and status.
• Develop templates, checklists and repeatable processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure media assets and production files are organised and accessible.
• Provide administrative support to Communications team as needed.
