Placements24 is seeking a Production Coordinator for a fully remote role in the digital media space. You will manage end-to-end production workflows across video, podcasts, and interactive media, coordinating with creative teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in production coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in film/production, media studies, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production coordination or project management in digital media/entertainment.
• Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and remote team management skills.
• Familiarity with editing software and digital asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and resources for multiple projects.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external contributors to meet goals.
• Manage documentation: scripts, storyboards, assets, post-production files.
• Track progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions.
• Facilitate information flow among stakeholders.
