Placements24 in Upington, Northern Cape, seeks a Mechanical Systems Development Engineer for a project-based contractor role at our facility. You will design, develop, test, and validate mechanical systems and components to deliver reliable solutions on schedule.

This hands-on position requires a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of design experience, with proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing understanding.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical design and systems development experience.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Hands-on prototyping and testing of mechanical components.
• Understanding of common manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with project management is a plus.
• Ability to work in Upington, Northern Cape.

Responsabilidades
