You will develop RCMS, perform RCA, monitor equipment with vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis, and use CMMS tools like SAP PM or Maximo to track maintenance history and spare parts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in mechanical engineering with focus on reliability/maintenance.
• Proven RCA experience and corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement RCMS for critical mechanical equipment.
• Perform RCA on failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance using diagnostic tools and data analysis.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance history and spare parts inventory.
• Analyze condition data (vibration, thermography, oil analysis) to predict failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations and engineering teams to meet reliability targets.
