Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on R&D.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in mechanical design and product development.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE software such as Fusion 360, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink.
• Proficiency with 3D printing and rapid prototyping technologies.
• Strong understanding of materials science, mechatronics, and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and feasibility studies for new mechanical technologies and product concepts.
• Design, build, and test prototypes using 3D modeling and rapid prototyping.
• Perform advanced engineering analysis (stress, thermal, dynamic simulations).
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate new designs.
• Document research findings, design processes, and test results for IP protection.
• Collaborate with R&D, product managers, and manufacturing to transition designs into production.
