The successful candidate will be responsible for production line optimisation, process improvement initiatives, mechanical process design, and ensuring optimal plant performance. Education

• BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant engineering and manufacturing certifications will be advantageous.
• GCC Factories will be advantageous.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• 8+ years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in production line optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong mechanical process design experience.
• Exposure to food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience with CAPEX projects, plant upgrades, and process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
