Job summary

GAP Consulting is seeking a Production Manager/Engineer for a challenging role in the FMCG/manufacturing sector. The position requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a solid background in process optimization and automation.

You will interpret production and operational data, drive improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A BEng or BSc in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is essential, with ERP, Power BI, and CAD exposure preferred. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience as Production Manager/Engineer in FMCG or Manufacturing.
• BEng or BSc in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• ERP systems, Power BI; CAD software would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement, manufacturing processes, automation, process engineering.
• Ability to interpret production and operational data and drive process improvements.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport; contactable references and payslips.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as a Production Manager | Engineer within the FMCG | Manufacturing Industry
• BEng or BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering required
• Proficient in ERP Systems | Power BI | CAD software would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement | Manufacturing Processes | Automation | Process Engineering
• Ability to interpret production and operational data and drive process Improvements
• Valid Driver's Licence and own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required
