Placements24 is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for an industrial facility in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will lead a team of skilled technicians to maintain mechanical assets, minimize downtime, and uphold a safe, compliant work environment.

The role focuses on preventative and predictive maintenance, CMMS management, spare parts control, and mentoring staff to drive continuous improvement across a major operation in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage resources, and solve complex mechanical problems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
