With 5+ years of plant maintenance experience, you will manage CMMS, troubleshoot complex issues, oversee projects, and collaborate with teams to drive performance improvements and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on plant operations and maintenance.
• Proven experience with industrial machinery and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment and power transmission.
• Excellent knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
