Job summary

Communicate Finance in Gauteng seeks a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of composite components, tooling and fixtures, ensuring robust DFMA and efficient production processes.

You will develop and optimise manufacturing processes for quality, repeatability and efficiency, and produce detailed SolidWorks models, drawings and documentation for manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical design and manufacturing experience.
• Strong SolidWorks skills focused on design for manufacture.
• Hands-on experience manufacturing composite components.
• Knowledge of composite processes, tooling and production methods.
• Experience in precision manufacturing environments (aerospace/automotive) advantageous.
