Job summary

Recruitpro Solutions seeks an experienced Mechanical/Mechatronic Design Engineer to lead complex design projects for international clients. You will apply strong design software skills and deep knowledge of drawings, BOMs, revision control, and design release processes to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• BEng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (Master’s would be a big plus).
• 3–5 or 8–10 years’ experience in mechanical design, product development, AND engineering consulting.
• Strong design software experience, with a track record of leading design projects.
• Deep understanding of drawings, BOMs, revision control, manufacturing, and design release processes.
• Proven experience consulting with clients — able to engage confidently with engineering managers, technical teams, and international stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project delivery skills, with the ability to work independently and lead within a team.
• Experience working with international clients, ideally across multiple regions and time zones.
• Experience with PDM, PLM, ERP, or engineering data management systems.
