Communicate Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead building services design for HVAC, fire compliance and plant systems. You will develop specifications, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure safety, reliability and sustainability in construction projects.

The role requires extensive experience in building services, strong CAD/Revit/BIM skills, and project management proficiency, with a focus on delivering compliant, efficient, and innovative mechanical

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Building Services engineering and design.
• Minimum 5 years post professional registration in mechanical design including Construction Management.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Excellent design skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Develop mechanical building services specifications and designs to meet client needs and standards
2. Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure design feasibility and client requirements are met

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Building Services engineering and design

Solid working knowledge of construction implementation processes and standards as well as project management principles
Excellent design skills
Must have MS Office experience

Education

Qualification:
BSc or BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer
