Job summary

Rosebank International seeks a Lecturer to teach and lecture a defined hours-based workload. You will engage students, track progress, and prepare assessments in collaboration with the Central Academic Team.

This role includes supporting the Programme Coordinator with results analysis to identify at‑risk modules. Responsibilities include updating the LMS, providing student feedback, and participating in academic meetings across faculties, with ongoing professional development to enhance teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with Statistics/Mathematics up to 3rd year or
• 3-year Finance/Business degree with major Economics/Math/Accounting at NQF 7 level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students based on module requirements.
• Update the learning management system and provide feedback to students.
• Identify at-risk students and develop assessments with Central Academic Team input.
• Assist Programme Coordinator in tracking and analysing academic results.
• Attend academic meetings across faculties and contribute insights.
• Support monitoring of at-risk students and module performance.
• Complete academic professional development interventions each cycle.
