Job summary

AB InBev Africa is seeking a Master Data Administrator to create and maintain customer and material master data aligned with business requirements. You will onboard new customers, manage data for sales and distribution, and ensure data accuracy across the organisation.

The role requires strong SAP experience, advanced Excel skills, and a solid FMCG administration background. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet daily SLAs and maintain data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Strong FMCG experience in an admin environment.
• Understanding the order-to-cash cycle.
• Knowledge of legal documentation and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer master data.
• Onboard new trading and non-trading customers.
• Maintain data for sales, distribution and credit.
• Perform customer risk assessments.
• Manage daily SLA on customer requests.
• Handle onboarding queries and engage with customers daily.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data sets across the organisation.
• Manage document management.
• Create and maintain material master data.
• Manage daily SLA on SNOW and respond to data queries.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of material master data.
