You will drive planning, execution, budgeting and stakeholder collaboration with agencies and internal teams, guiding the team to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of marketing and project management experience.
• 2+ years in leadership or team management.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and large projects.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing project management frameworks.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
• Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, sponsorships, activations and launches.
• Ensure all projects are aligned to brand strategy, customer needs and commercial objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the Senior Marketing Project Coordinator.
• Drive continuous improvement within project management processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and enhanced campaign performance.
• Oversee multiple marketing projects from inception through to completion.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, deliverables and success measures.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to standards.
• Oversee resource allocation across projects.
• Ensure project reporting, documentation and governance requirements are maintained.
• Develop and manage campaign and project budgets.
• Monitor expenditure and implement cost controls.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and partners.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Operational

Strategic Planning and Leadership

• Develop and implement marketing project management frameworks, processes and standards.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Executive teams to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, sponsorships, activations and launches.
• Ensure all projects are aligned to brand strategy, customer needs and commercial objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the Senior Marketing Project Coordinator.
• Drive continuous improvement within project management processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and enhanced campaign performance.

Project Management

• Oversee multiple marketing projects from inception through to completion.
• Ensure project scope, timelines, deliverables and success measures are clearly defined.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed standards.
• Oversee resource allocation across projects.
• Ensure project reporting, documentation and governance requirements are maintained.

Budget and Stakeholder Management

• Develop and manage campaign and project budgets.
• Monitor expenditure and implement appropriate cost controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and partners.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting and Performance Management

• Monitor campaign and project performance against defined objectives.
• Analyze project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations.
• Drive accountability and project excellence across the marketing function.
