Job summary

Faircape Health’s Claremont office is seeking a practical Marketing Print & Production Assistant to support the production, finishing and distribution of marketing materials. You will assist with stock control, sourcing of supplies and coordinating with Designers, Brand Managers and the Marketing Operations Manager to meet deadlines.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys practical work, is highly organised and pays attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy, including email, PDF files and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good numerical ability for working with quantities, measurements, stock counts and supplier quotations.
• Clear communication skills and reliable follow-through.
• Willingness to perform hands-on and repetitive production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Print and produce marketing materials to the required size, quantity and deadline.
• Assist with stock management, sourcing, supplier quotations and orders.
• Coordinate collections, couriers and internal distribution of materials.
• Provide production administration and support using Monday.com and other tracking systems.
