MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) seeks an experienced Marketing Operations professional to own weekly metrics, system workflows, and quality controls for ads, pages, emails and video briefs. You will streamline processes, standardize reporting, and coordinate a small editor team to meet tight deadlines in a fully remote setup.

You will work under the Head of Growth, defining how the marketing operation runs and scaling it as the team grows, from GoHighLevel pages to ActiveCampaign sequences

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a marketing operations, campaign operations or funnel-build role in online coaching, course or direct-response context.
• Built and maintained a ClickUp workspace used by others.
• Created pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in ActiveCampaign (or Klaviyo/HubSpot).
• You spot misalignments in data and prefer accuracy over speed.
• Took ownership of recurring tasks such as weekly reports for 1 year+.
• Self-taught in the hardest tool you use and can work without a written procedure.
• Coordinated freelancers to deadlines without direct management.
• Experienced with Claude or similar AI tools and automated at least one task.
• Excellent written English and ability to review edited videos and write procedures.
• Wants a long-term role and works well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain the weekly marketing dashboard and monthly funnel summary.
• Manage ClickUp pipeline, intake from Slack, and write repeatable procedures.
• Implement QA and compliance checks for ads, landing pages, and tracking.
• Develop landing page variants in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and email sequences in ActiveCampaign.
• Oversee the freelance editor pool, briefs, deadlines and approvals.
• Coordinate the Head of Growth calendar, deliverables and tool access.
• Automate recurring tasks using Claude, ChatGPT and similar AI tools.
