MSD South Africa seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager for Ruminants and Companion Animals to lead SSA marketing programs across the region. You will develop strategies, coordinate campaigns with sales, manage budgets, and drive brand building while traveling to SSA countries up to 50% of the time.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support product launches, and analyse market trends to create customer-centric campaigns that support business objectives in the Sub-Saharan Africa region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years commercial work experience with a clear track record and value creation.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time to SSA countries; exposure to veterinary field is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage SSA marketing programs aligned with Animal Health objectives.
• Lead cross-country marketing campaigns and coordinate with sales.
• Analyse markets, consumer behavior, and ROI of campaigns.
• Manage KOL relationships and country-level stakeholder collaboration.
• Prepare quarterly and annual marketing budgets.
• Support product launches and collaborate with design agencies.
