Marketing Executive with Graphic Design experience- Remote- Based in Cape Town

Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join us remotely from Cape Town

Core Purpose

Support marketing delivery across 11 Investments and its portfolio businesses, keeping campaigns, content, graphic design and digital activity moving. Suited to a marketing generalist with design experience, comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and day-to-day activity across portfolio brands.
• Maintain calendars, trackers and deadlines; liaise with founders, agencies and suppliers.

Campaigns and Content

• Plan and deliver campaigns; draft, edit and repurpose content (social, articles, case studies, newsletters, reports).
• Gather insight from founders/consultants to inform thought leadership pieces.

Social and Email

• Manage LinkedIn and social channels — calendars, scheduling, engagement tracking.
• Build and manage email campaigns, lists, segmentation, and performance.
• Align with the Personal Brand team on messaging.

Websites and Digital

• Manage routine site updates and landing pages with developers/agencies.
• Support SEO/AEO/GEO; monitor site functionality and performance.

Events and Brand

• Support events (roundtables, webinars, networking) — invites, materials, follow-up, repurposed content.
• Maintain brand consistency; create/update presentations, assets and templates.

Reporting

• Track and report performance across channels.
• Support marketing tools, budget and supplier admin.

Design Skills

• Building branded templates and design systems from scratch that others in the business can use consistently
• Turning complex data (salary guides, market reports, survey results) into clear, visually compelling infographics and layouts
• Adapting and resizing campaign assets across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency
• Producing polished, presentation-ready materials for external audiences (client pitches, investor updates, press) under time pressure
• Applying strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy judgement
• Balancing brand consistency with creative freshness, so content doesn't feel stale or repetitive over time
