2 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B content marketing.
Hands-on video editing with CapCut, Premiere, or Descript and a strong portfolio.
Strong graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven LinkedIn organic content distribution, DM outreach and audience engagement.
Familiarity with AI workflows, transcription tools, and prompt creation.

Responsibilities

Transform raw podcast recordings into polished, dynamic short-form video clips with captions and audio sync.
Leverage AI tools to surface standout guest insights, rigorously QAing every piece of media before distribution.
Curate and maintain an organised content library that the broader team can access.
Drive LinkedIn engagement and conduct targeted guest outreach to secure high‑calibre contributors.
Design visually compelling marketing collateral aligning with brand standards.
