Untapped Global Talent Community is seeking a remote-ready Content Editor to transform podcast footage into short, engaging clips. You will work with AI-assisted workflows and the founders, shaping a brand-forward content approach and driving weekly guest outreach.

You should bring 2–6 years in B2B content, hands-on video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Descript), and a strong design portfolio. The role offers SA-based remote work with flexible hours and steady collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

2 to 6 years in B2B marketing or content.
Hands-on video editing in CapCut, Premiere, Descript.
Strong design eye with a portfolio.
Confident using LinkedIn for content and outreach.
Coachable: receptive to feedback and quick to apply.
Comfortable using AI daily while owning output quality.

Responsibilities

Turn raw podcast footage into polished, engaging short-form clips with cuts, captions, music and highlights.
Use AI tools to find the strongest guest moments, then review and quality-check every clip before it goes out.
Build and maintain a clip library the wider team uses to promote content on LinkedIn.
Research and engage future podcast guests through LinkedIn content and messaging, and line up weekly call lists for the founder.
Over time, own guest outreach end to end and bring warm, interested guests to the table.
Design event and conference graphics, flyers and campaign assets that look considered and on brand.
