Scistaff seeks a Marketing Assistant for its Durban operation to coordinate and support marketing activities across the business development function. You will ensure timely execution of campaigns, digital communications, events, product launches, and reporting while maintaining systems and stakeholder support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in marketing, sales, business development or commercial support environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG environment and with digital platforms, social media, content management, or marketing systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing effective marketing coordination, operational, and administrative support to the Business Development and Marketing function.
• Ensuring timely and accurate execution of marketing activities, digital communications, HCP engagement, events, marketing campaigns, product launches, marketing materials, and reporting, with maintained systems, records and stakeholder support.
