Job summary

Cre8work! in Germiston, South Africa seeks a Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, campaigns, systems, and reporting.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Creative and other teams to ensure campaigns and processes are executed accurately, on time, and within brand guidelines. A diploma/ degree and 1–2 years in marketing roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing administration, coordination, or related role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reports, and marketing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic knowledge of CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, or project-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
• Maintain accurate marketing databases, contact lists, campaign records, and digital assets.
• Assist with email marketing, newsletters, CRM activities, and marketing automation workflows.
• Coordinate marketing requests and ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate marketing materials and activities.
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing calendars and campaign trackers.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reports and insights.
• Ensure marketing data is accurate and up to date.
• Support lead management and handover of marketing-generated leads.
• Assist with website, social media, digital marketing, and content updates.
• Maintain marketing documentation, templates, processes, and SOPs.
• Assist with presentations, reports, campaign briefs, and other marketing administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines.
