Job summary

A leading training organization is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Trainer based in Richards Bay to lead operational and technical training programs. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years as a Technical Trainer, along with qualifications such as N6 and a Trade Test in Millwright, and be a Registered Skills Development Facilitator. Responsibilities include developing training materials, managing training programs, and ensuring a safe working environment through consistent training.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Technical Trainer in operations or technical fields.
• Experience as Foreman is an advantage.
• Manage learnership programs (operations and technical trainees, EIT’s, apprentices, interns & graduates).
• Driving safer working environment through consistent safety training & improved competency in safe work procedure.
• Capture all planned / scheduled training on the HR systems and provide accurate reports.
• Provide monthly training reports and compile CLIENT’s WSP and ATR for online submission.
