Job summary

RAVA HUMAN CAPITAL is looking for a Workshop Foreman Coordinator based in Kempton Park, South Africa. The successful candidate will be a Trade Tested Artisan (Fitter/Millwright) responsible for managing the maintenance store and overseeing the workshop team.

Key responsibilities include ordering parts, conducting legal inspections, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols. Candidates with SYSPRO ERP system experience and knowledge of lean manufacturing processes will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Trade Tested Artisan in Fitting or Millwright.
• Experience using SYSPRO ERP system is essential.
• Familiarity with legal inspections is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance store and order parts.
• Lead the workshop team and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Conduct stock takes and manage purchasing process.
