Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, focusing on process optimization.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Design, install, and commission new manufacturing equipment and production lines.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide training to production staff.
• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to track process performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
