Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in manufacturing operations or industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Experience with process automation, robotics, and MES.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, safety hazards, and quality deviations.
• Develop and implement improvements to enhance production throughput, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
