Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an motivated and analytical Industrial Engineer in Bloemfontein to help improve manufacturing processes, optimize resource use, and raise productivity and quality on the factory floor.

You will work with production teams to apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, conduct time and motion studies, and support on-site layout and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on practical, measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production lines and workflows to identify efficiency and cost improvements.
• Develop and implement process enhancements using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
